RETURNS AND REFUNDS
– If you feel the product is defective or incomplete please contact us immediately and we will work out a solution to your satisfaction. Products can be returned within 3 days in case of defects or functional problems. You will need to send these back to us to get the product corrected. Returns are not processed for any products that are tampered with, in used condition, or with damaged packaging etc. This won’t be applicable for Customised Newspaper.
– In case of perishable items or flowers, delivery is attempted just once. If the address is incorrect or the recipient is not available we will not be able to deliver again as the items are unusable again. No refunds are possible in such cases.
– Refunds are always made to the person who made the purchase, and if originally purchased by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited by cheque or to the original card / account, within a period of 7-10 working days.
